WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has zero interest in being ringside for the upcoming pro wrestling debut of division rival Tyson Fury.

On October 31 in Saudi Arabia, Fury will make his WWE debut against company superstar Braun Strowman. The bout will be part of WWE's Crown Jewel event.

Fury and Strowman have been shooting televised angles in the last few weeks to further their feud.

Fury and Wilder went to a controversial twelve round split draw in December 2018.

A rematch is targeted for February of 2020 - if Wilder wins his upcoming voluntary defense against Luis Ortiz, which is scheduled for November 23 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Wilder is still steaming that Fury, during his ongoing run with WWE, is pushing himself as the "heavyweight champion" of the world - based on his claim of being the lineal champion.

The unbeaten champion is not placing any stock in Fury's claim of being the top heavyweight in the division - due to his lineal status.

"They're gonna be in Saudi Arabia for this one, so nah I'm not flying out for that, I'm in camp," Wilder told SunSport.

"Yeah, he is doing a little bit of promotion for the rematch, but he’s talking on WWE like the heavyweight champion of the world. You ain’t no heavyweight champion of the world. Nobody cares about no lineal championship- when has anyone gone twelve rounds for a make believe belt.

"Did you see the belt there? But do what you gotta do, promote how you think will help. I'm just expressing my opinion, I don't care what they do. But when the rematch comes, make sure you be there. That's all that matters to me."
