Whyte: Fury Makes No Sense, He's Always Contradicting Himself!

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte is shaking his head at some of the recent statements coming from Tyson Fury.

WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman is interested in ordering possible WBC final eliminator between Fury and Whyte.

Initially, Fury threw water at the idea of needing an eliminator to land a world title shot. But then did a complete swerve by agreeing to take part in the eliminator - if the WBC would sanction the fight for their "diamond belt."

Whyte, currently ranked at number one by the WBC, is back in the ring on July 20th, when he faces top contender Oscar Rivas at The O2 in London.

Whyte is willing to face Fury, but has no idea whether to take anything he says seriously.

He believes Fury is simply making comments to get a reaction.

"He says one thing today then he says something else tomorrow," Whyte told Sky Sports.

"He went from saying 'I'm not fighting Dillian, the WBC should give him his chance, he's done everything he needs to do.' The next he says 'Yeah, I'll fight him and knock him out in six rounds'.

"He's always contradicting whatever he says. He says 'I'm the lineal heavyweight champ, I don't not need no belt, no sanctioning body, I'll fight any man, anywhere', then now he's saying 'Give me the WBC 'Diamond' belt and I'll fight Dillian.' He makes no sense. He needs something about him on his feed every day, so he just says some random stuff to get a bit of traction."

And while Whyte is ready to face Fury, he is not overlooking the challenge ahead with Rivas.

"It's dangerous," said Whyte. "It's everything I've worked for my whole career. I'm right on the crest now. I just need to be careful

"I'll just go out there and deal with these guys one by one. I know how to become a monster and he'll understand that on July 20th when he's standing in front of me."

Whyte is not very good. To be honest. he struggled with Chisora twice, he was just more lucky. He almost got stopped by Parker in last round. Happy to survive. But this is a weak era. Other guys are worse,…

Whyte's not wrong here, he genuinely may have some sort of disorder
This is hilarious. Thanks for the laugh. Watch Fury vs Chisora, I and II. Whyte gets the same treatment. Whyte is not a good fighter.
Yep. He's an awful fighter. One of the worst.
Whyte wants no part of Fury, so why are we even having this debate. And Whyte also didn`t want to rematch Joshua. Whyte is waiting on Wilder.
He said same thing about wanting AJ. Then ran away from a signed…
