Unbeaten heavyweight Tyson Fury made a surprise appearance during a major show for the WWE - as one of their flagship shows, SmackDown, made it's heavily hyped debut on FOX.
Fury, the lineal heavyweight champion, seemingly wanted to fight WWE star Braun Strowman after interacting with the wrestler from his ringside seat.
During his match, Strowman – squaring off jokingly with the Brit – and told Fury: "You don't want these hands."
Strowman sent opponent Dolph Ziggler flying into Fury, who was held back by security after later jumping out of the crowd as he directed words at the wrestler.
Fury has said previously he could be interested in a move to WWE, telling the Dave Allen podcast in 2017 that he would consider it.
Five division world champion Floyd Mayweather had a brief sting in the WWE back in 2008, which ended with a victory over The Big Show at Wrestlemania 24.
Fury is waiting for the outcome of next month's rematch between WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder and challenger Luis Ortiz. Should Wilder win, a rematch with Fury is slated to collide on a date in February. They fought to controversial twelve round split draw in December 2018.
