BoxingScene.com recently reported that the light heavyweight title fight between IBF champion Tavoris Cloud, and former two division champion Zsolt Erdei, was finalized for December 31st and will be televised by Showtime. The televised co-feature is likely going match WBA super bantamweight champion Rico Ramos against his mandatory challenger Guillermo Rigondeax.

Another fight that may end up on the non-televised portion of the card is an IBF junior middleweight eliminator between former 2 division champion Cory Spinks and top contender Sechew Powell. The winner would become Cornelius "K9" Powell's mandatory challenger.

However, there is also a chance that the elimination bout may end up on the non-televised undercard of the Abner Mares-Joseph Agbeko rematch that takes place on December 3rd. Spinks and Powell are both promoted by Don King, who also handles the career of Joseph Agbeko.
