Super middleweight contender Alfredo "Perro" Angulo, inactive since August 2020, has been added to a night of boxing on Saturday, June 11th at The Center Stage Theater in Atlanta.
LAS VEGAS – Devin Haney and Joseph ‘JoJo’ Diaz are set for a lightweight title fight with increased stakes. Both boxers made weight for their WBC title fight, which takes place Saturday evening at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The bout airs live on DAZN, seven days after George Kambosos Jr. (20-0, 10KOs) emerged as the head of the class following his upset win over previously unbeaten lineal WBA “Super”/IBF/WBO/WBC “Franchise” champion Teofimo Lopez Jr. (16-1, 12KOs).
Jessica McCaskill has signed a long-term promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing and Eddie Hearn – and will defend her undisputed Welterweight title against Victoria Bustos at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday December 4, live worldwide on DAZN.
In a time when boxers with 4-0 records are screaming for title shots while the best fights in the sport are taking place on social media, the honesty of middleweight Quatavious Cash is refreshing. At 29, he’s entering his physical prime, he’s got an impressive 12-2 record and has a growing fan base after appearing on the fifth season of The Contender. But as he heads into his first start of 2021 at the Buckhead Fight Club in his hometown of Atlanta this Saturday, Cash is staying level-headed in a sport where that is rarely celebrated.
Victory Sports and Entertainment frontman Mike Leanardi has been at the forefront of midwest and west coast boxing for years. Emerging as an integral part of team Badou Jack, which is a role Leanardi still retains, the Chicago born manager has built a stable of fighters alongside business partner Rick Torres that includes an eclectic mix of future stars and established talents.
Quatavious Cash couldn’t keep Calvin Metcalf off of him Tuesday night, but Cash did enough to beat him. Cash won their all-action middleweight match by unanimous technical decision at MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas. Their bout was stopped early in the sixth round due to a nasty gash above Metcalf’s left eye, which was caused by an accidental head-butt in the second round.

Shakur Stevenson made sure Monday that he wasn’t overweight for his debut in the junior lightweight division. Wearing a mask and foot coverings as COVID-19 precautions, the 22-year-old Stevenson stepped on the Nevada State Athletic Commission’s scale at exactly 130 pounds at MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas.
Quatavious Cash is extra motivated for his Top Rank debut on June 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the fight will take place on the date of his late mother's birthday. Cash has had an incredible story in boxing, with his inception into the professional ranks not coming without its ups and downs. The native of Georgia, USA, went ten fights undefeated, but midway through those ten fights, in 2014, Cash was shot after an altercation in his native Atlanta. The Super Welterweight opened up about the events that led to his shooting and how he came back from it.
