Undefeated prospects Ryan "Cowboy" Karl (12-0, 8 KOs) and Jose Quezada (11-0, 6 KOs) will meet in an eight-round super lightweight contest, and super featherweight Dennis Galarza (13-1, 8 KOs) in an eight-round matchup with Cesar Valenzuela (12-4-1, 4 KOs).

Perrella came in at 146.4-pounds, while Ugas was 147.1. Karl was 141.4, while Quezada was 141.3. Galarza was 130, while Valenzuela was 130.4.

A sensational Cuban amateur, Ugas picked up a Bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics and also owns Gold medals from the 2005 World Amateur Championships and 2007 Pan American Games. Now fighting out of Miami, the 29-year-old picked up victories over Cosme Rivera, Kenny Abril and Adan Hernandez before defeating James on August 12.
