The unbeaten London-bred heavyweight returns to the ring for the first time in nearly a year, as he faces Germany’s Christian Hammer. WE HAD, QUITE literally, a banging night at Wembley’s SSE Arena last Saturday, with high skills, big bombs and true grit aplenty across a hugely entertaining evening. It was truly magical to have the fans back in big numbers and those that joined us at Wembley created such a special atmosphere in support of the fighters, who I am sure appreciated it, as did I. It was like a proper old school fight night all the way through, with the vast majority taking their seats early and enjoying every fight.
FRANK WARREN has delivered a spectacular undercard to support Joe Joyce’s big Heavyweight clash against Carlos Takam at SSE Arena, Wembley on Saturday July 24, live on BT.
OUR BIG SHOW on December 5 is still very much in play with a headliner more than fit for the occasion of marking my 40 years as a licence holder with the British Boxing Board of Control. A top class domestic dust-up is always top of the charts when it comes to what the fans want to see and we are delivering two of the best in Anthony Yarde vs Lyndon Arthur in a light heavyweight blockbuster.
