LAS VEGAS - Tyson Fury (27-0-1) plans on having a very busy 2nd half of 2019.  He will kick off his campaign on June 15th when he faces Tom Schwarz (24-0) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in an ESPN+ main event.  Former title challengers Sullivan Barrera and Jesse Hart square off in the co-feature bout.

One fight that won't be happening is a fight against former title challenger Dillian Whyte for the mandatory position to face WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder. A  rematch against Wilder is a very lucrative fight and Fury wouldn't need to become a mandatory challenger to secure another fight against the man he fought to a controversial draw in December.

"I don't think it is going to happen to be quite honest. Dillian Whyte for the mandatory slot, I am not interested. You know I am the lineal champion of the world. As far as I am concerned Dillian Whyte is a bum and I will give him a good knockout beating if he wants one but it is what it is.  I have to get past Tom Schwarz first and as for people telling me what to do, it doesn't go down very well to be honest," said Fury.

After Schwarz, Fury doesn't want to take much time off.  If he gets out of the fight unscathed he would like to return in the late summer or early fall and then fight once more before the end of the year.

Fury's co-promoter Bob Arum recently said that he would like to build Fury's profile up in the United States this year and then next year make a Wilder rematch that he believes would do substantially higher pay-per-view than their first fight. Their first fight reportedly sold approximately 325,000 units.

"Listen, I want to be kept active. I want 3 fights this year and I am going to get 3 fights this year because what the Daddy wants the Daddy gets. Then we will look at the situation and stand back and access it and if Wilder is ready for another ass kicking again - then I will give him one no problem," Fury told BoxingScene.com.
