      Here's the list:

      Manny Pacquiao
      Marcos Maidana (2x)
      Canelo Alvarez
      Robert Guerrero
      Miguel Cotto
      Victor Ortiz
      Shane Mosley
      Juan Manuel Marquez
      Ricky Hatton
      Oscar De La Hoya
      Carlos Baldomir
      Zab Judah
      Sharmba Mitchell
      Arturo Gatti
      Jose Castillo (2x)
      Jesus Chavez
      Diego Corrales
      Gregorio Vargas
      Angel Manfredy
      Genaro Hernandez

Every single one of those guys were legit when Mayweather fought them. They were either #1 contenders or champs.

Who in the history of boxing has faced more high level fighters than Floyd?
Maidana, Ortiz, Vargas, Baldomir....oh wow that's desperate

Manfredy was top 5 SFW. Judah was #3 WW.

Gregorio Vargas was not in the top 10.

Gatti was #1 ranked JWW by The Ring whether you like it or not. What era he was in is irrelevant because now you're going to have to apply that same logic to any other boxing champion in boxing, even fighters you like.

"The other guys he fought were past it".

And Floyd was in his prime?

Pacquiao's win over Bradley is better than all of those listed

26-0-0 vs world champions. That's a record that will take a long time to break.

he said they were #1 or champs. they clearly were not.

gatti would not be champ in any other era simpy because he would not have beat kostya tszyu unless you think he would???

thats a laughable argument. if floyd didnt fight anyone good while he was in his prime guess whose fault that is? floyds! you dont get extra old man points for fighting other old men. well they were both faded therefore its a great win??? on what planet? is horn getting the same credit for beating pac as floyd got? did pac get the same credit for beating mosley? no because those guys were clearly faded fighters. whether the guy beating them is prime or not is irrelevant. their level was clearly levels below where it used to be. im sure floyds level dropped too but thats the whole point. he never proved himself in his prime against prime fighters and your argument actually confirms it.

would you rather be 26-0 aginst world "champs" in a 4 belt era or have prime benitze, hearns, duran, and hagler on your resume? what sounds better. a vague number that doesnt reveal the quality of competition or all time great names actually in their primes?

To be honest, floyds best notable win in that list is diego corrales. At the time corrales was undefeated, feared. And floyd clowned him. The one guy i feel would have gave floyd problems and maybe even his only L was paul williams.

His card has a lot of quality depth. Might not have the ATG on there largely because of his era, but 26-0 vs champs and always taking on legit guys is really risky.
