      cool bro.

Can you tell me how to throw a straight right hand, for optimal power?

I already know how I just want to test your knowledge.

Just give me step by step instructions on how to throw it for max power.

Be detailed on the subtleties that way I can see how much you know

            thats me on the bag.

I'm not gonna go through every step but make sure you turn your shot over and land with the index and middle knuckle. launch the shot and keep the muscles relaxed so you have a higher velocity. make sure you feet are planted esp the back foot. Make sure the shot is straight or the elbow is behind the shoulder when it lands. Tense your core on contact and drive your shoulder through right as you turn it over, that last little bit is where the power comes from. That's all I can think of for now.

I am a left handed orthdox fighter so I am front foot heavy, but I have scored a decent amount of stoppages in my weight class, busted up guys a lot bigger than me in sparring...that's at least enough for me to have some sort of respectable knowledge.

            IMO

Arguello and Duran have perfect punching technique.

How do you use your legs to power the punch?

                Joe Louis is the key.

for a right cross drive off your back foot and coordinate it with your hips, tense your core
