In the old days only sailors had tats....usually an anchor or a heart with "mother" tatted in it.

Tats are repulsive on men or women. They NEVER look good as people age and their skin sags. Sleeves are especially disgusting and I note people with those nearly always wear short sleeves to show them.

Very unsexy on women IMO.
