They need to give Jack more of the biggest fights to be made. He's an excellent ref. Keeping his cool in a situation like that without blowing all the work Tyson did really saved Tyson Fury's career more than anything.

Fury is considering suing this Jack character for causing irreversible brain damage. By allowing a knocked out fighter to continue, he subjected Fury to further brain damage. He is liable. At least that is what Fury is trying to argue. We will see if a judge agrees.

I mean that is exactly what he did for Fury, including making him walk to his right.

        Great refereeing.

I give Fury credit he has balls and a ton of heart but he should’ve been counted out!

There’s video where the ringside time scorer gets up when Tyson touches the mat and counts, when she was at 6 while Reiss was at 4!

I picked Fury to outbox Wilder which he mostly did but even Jack Reiss admitted that he didn’t fully follow boxing protocol and basically did his own thing!

Reiss needs to be investigated, never seen a ref get down on their knees and yell the count near a fighters ears!

9.5 out of 10 refs would wave it off for the safety of the fighter!

There’s plenty of videos that show there are discrepancies with the count as well!
I agree that the count was off and it should have been a KO. But I don't think the ref should be investigated. I watched it a few times and he didn't make it up in time. Fury did outbox Wilder in stretches of the fight and did showcase tremendous heart. That's why I think the rematch is necessary and it will benefit both guys financially as well. This is one fight where both sides can make a strong argument for a win.

To get to 9.9 those people must have started their timers as soon as Fury hit the deck, but that's not how the 10 count is supposed to start.

The fighter has 10 seconds to get to his feet, which means the count - from one to ten - should start one second after he hits the deck.

            Like this .. and 1 and 2 and 3 .. etc

If you start counting as soon as he hits the canvas, like this .. 1 and 2 and 3.. that only gives him 9 seconds, not 10.

I don't think anyone can deny that the ref did a great job here.

I mean, as a bloodthirsty spectator, did I yell, "You're giving him too much time!" when he had Fury walk from side to side? Sure I did. But as a ref who is responsible for these guys lives, he did a wonderful job.

I picked Fury to win and he almost did but Wilder was robbed of a knockout!

Boxingscene is very bias, they didn’t even upload the part where Reiss stayed he didn’t follow full protocol and admitted he did his own thing and let Fury get more time due to the “spirits” and that “boxing needed it”!

Sound like a man who bet on Fury, this can’t be out of the question!

You fools are hive minded and can’t think for yourselves!

Reiss has admitted he didn’t follow all protocols, I recall plenty videos showing the timekeeper counting as soon as Fury touches the mat, Reiss didn’t even check the time keepers count but focused on Wilder being in a neutral corner which yes is customary but Wilder was heading there anyways!

By the time he turned to Fury he was at 5 but he should’ve been ready to be at 7 according to the time keeper who keeps knockdown count as well!

We need an interview with the time keeper to sort this mess out and shut you bandwagons up!

Most of y’all picked Wilder to
                  Win btw!

My god your a salty bi**h, all I read was wah wah. Cringed reading it. Like I said, take yo fkn L

Meldrick v JCC was probably the worst gaff in history. Meldrick was brilliant that night. That loss mentally destroyed him for life UNJUSTLY

You’re talking so much boll ox that I imagine your balls have crept up inside your body & are now hanging out of your mouth. There was no slow count, Fury got up & the referee, who did a sterling job all fight, deemed him fit to continue. You should worry more about the ten rounds that Fury won and the subsequent scoring anomaly’s. Boxing in the USA stinks. Rotten to the core.
