Ortiz's manager was on ThaBoxingVoice just under a week where he revealed the truth.

There is literally no disagreement between anything said by Hearn, Ortiz's manager or Ortiz's trainer. The only person who said anything different was Ortiz's promoter, who has said nothing since the blame was pinned on him.
And you have no idea what was in contract and how much it was for.Go live in fantasy land if you want but im not going with ya so GOOD BYE and have a great(so glad its not my)life.

What contract? Offers were made and rejected. It didn't even reach the contract stage.

As for knowing what was offered. There's no reason for Ortiz's manager or trainer to lie and claim the rejected offers were for more than was actually offered. That would only make their own client look bad.

If you want to live in the kind of fantasy land where Ortiz's manager and trainer would try and make him look bad, then feel free.

It's boxing 'fans' who use percentage for whatever reason so it should be calculated between fighters same way as the only way in this business: out of the whole pot. It's managers, trainers and other birds who get a percentage of a fighter's purse.
What Hearn said about Wilder's offer made sense to me.

John Skipper offered Wilder 2 alternative multi-fight deals, 3 fights or 4 fights, on DAZN. Those deals were offered to Wilder and Wilder alone. 2 of his fights would have been against AJ, and AJ's money would have come partly from DAZN and partly from Matchroom and Sky, who would screen the fight in the UK

So There was no "pot" of money to be divided between Wilder and AJ. They would have been fighting each other, but they would each have had their own separate deals with DAZN, like Canelo and GGG.

Wilder specifically said that he wouldn't be part of any deal involving Eddie Hearn or Matchroom.
So for him to ask, "How much is Joshua getting doe?" when Skipper offered him his own separate deal was fckn ******ed.

How much was offered then? Clearly you must know something the rest of us don't to be so certain.

In his Thaboxingvoice interview, Ortiz's trainer said that the offer his promoter rejected "would have put $5million in Luis' bank account"

Those were his own words, out of his own mouth.

The offer was rejected, so why on earth would Hearn have sent them a contract?

Hearn: "I'll pay Luis $7million for the fight"

Promoter: "No way, we want $10million"

Hearn: "Ok, I'll send you a contract for the $7million right away"

            Really?

Last time Ortiz fought Wilder he was paid somewhere between $500k and $1million.

But the magic Showtime PPV fairy will come round and pay him $7million+ if he fights Deontay again!
Wilder and Fury ended up splitting something like $25m, with the fight delivering such that there was heavy anticipation for the rematch, with still good interest for the replacement.

              There's nothing magical about it.
