Nothing too scientific... Like others are saying up the calories but eating clean foods. Like potatoes, rice, spelt or millet breads etc. Eat a big clean meal close to bed time.

Cut down your long distance running if you do that, which is a waste of time any way. Limit intense Interval training. Lift 3-4 days a week with a upper and lower split performing big bang compound movements like squats, dead lifts, chin ups, dips, box step ups etc. Have a max effort day working up to 3-5 rep rm and repetition day performing 8-15 reps. you will grow. Consume about 35-40 grams of amino acids throughout your workout or get a liquid amino drink like leucimine. You WILL gain weight doing this. A natural organic whey shake after training is a must too. Consume a carb drink right after training with the shake, try organic cranberry juice or something.

Eat more-lift more-decrease intervals-rest=growth.

I agree with this....

The hard part about meals and weight gainer's before bed is that your brain does not go into deep sleep R.E.M. ( rapid eye movement ) it needs to completely shut down to attain r.e.m...when you eat a 1,000 calorie meal or casein based protein your digestive system continues to work hard to break these foods down. it requires blood flow to do this and doesnt let you rest completely...its almost like your damned if you do and damned if you dont....
so make sure to get a little extra sleep at least 9-10 hrs if you are doing this...as well as a multi-vitamin...

Keep your body in a positive nitrogen balance by consuming 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight while gaining...and plenty of amino's like Rob Pilger said...especially branched chain amino's and leucine inparticular...leucine will promote the anabolic state more than any other amino acid...you will gain weight...

Cardio should be no more than 65-70% of your maximum heart rate...this is optimum range for burning fat and maintaining muscle mass.....however it is almost impossible for a boxer to do....

one more thing...legs legs legs....if you are not blasting your legs all your efforts are wasted....traning your legs will elevate your testosterone levels significantly and I promise in due time you will slowly acheive your goals.........

Good Luck!

Here you go bro.... Many people are allergic to wheat yet they don't know it, they show it though by symptoms that are caused by wheat consumption, bloating, infamation around joints, fatigue, etc...The official name of spelt is Triticum aestivum var. spelta. Spelt was originally grown in Iran around 5000 to 6000 B.C. Spelt has been grown in Europe for over 300 years, and spelt has been grown in North America for just over 100 years. Spelt is often used as a feed grain for animals. However, it has gained popularity as a dietary grain due to its nutty flavor, high protein and nutrition content.Spelt is similar to wheat in appearance. However, spelt has a tougher husk than wheat, which may help protect the nutrients in spelt. Spelt flour has a somewhat nuttier and slightly sweeter flavor than whole wheat flour. Spelt contains more protein than wheat, and the protein in spelt is easier to digest. This means that some people who are allergic to wheat may be able to tolerate spelt.

Millet...It has a rather alkaline pH which makes it a really easy grain to digest.Millet contains more calories than wheat, probably because of its higher oil content of 4.2% which is 50% polyunsaturated. Millet is rich in B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc copper and manganese.Millet is a gluten free grain and is the only grain that retains its alkaline properties after being cooked which is ideal for people with wheat allergies
