I have this same exact problem. What I find is most difficult aside from having to eat so much, is trying to buy all the food to eat. It becomes quite expensive when your trying to demolish everything in your path EVERYDAY. But yeah, I suffer from super freak metabolism as well. I can eat a 5lbs steak. When it hits my stomach, it'll weigh about .5lbs Really sucks.

i used to try to get big in the past. lifting weights, and eating like crazy. it made me feel kinda sluggish and heavy though, atleast compared to when i was light and quick.

the way i see it, people like us who got fast metabolism should feel blessed. when we get older, our peers are gona be rockin the beer belly and triple chin, while we should be better off.

Just eat a lot of meat, eggs, tuna, and any other high proteine food, and go to gym... When you go to gym do high weight - small # of reps and do exercises like bench press, dead lift, squat, pull ups and dips (both with added weights), you don't need suplements, just do like i said and you'll se the results

            Tut tut
you dont want to add fat but quality mass
Go to the gym and do bulk training ( 6 - 8 reps max)
After that have a nice full protein shake mixed with milk
You will add mass in no time
Eating currys and junk will just make you fat
You dont want that althought it will add mass to you fast

hey brother, i'm am in the same problem just as bad. Eat, Eat, EAT. work out hard and it will come. one thing that has helped me a lot is taking a multivitamin. you need to make sure you are resting properly and not over training your body. by doing all these i can see improvements ever week.

protein shakes have helped me too. but learn how to take them and when for the results you want. one thing, stay away from the creatine too
