Was kinda looking forward to Fedor finally doing something in the UFC so a lil disappointed with this news. Suppose with the current Reebok situation it made more $$$ sense to go to Bellator doe.

It's not really Bellator, it's a new company working with Bellator, but what ever. It makes sense, he probably makes the same money that UFC could offer but he'll reestablish himself as a top fighter where in the UFC he'd be more likely to lose on his way to the top. Maybe he does this for a year or two then goes to UFC for a couple fights. He's got unfinished business with Josh Barnett.

I highly doubt he makes it to UFC names you mentioned ,the guy simply doesnt want the best fighters and hasn't after 2005.He could have fought Barnett in Pride but fought Hunt who Barnett defeated instead?Since when does a champion fight a guy who lost in a previous fight?Not a real big fan of his outside of skills.,with the cherry picking and he will continue to do so if UFC is not involved .

Sylvia was over 300 pounds when he fought Fedor.He left the UFc because he was no longer the best guy there.Fedor made less money outside the UFC.the king was Couture at that time...Fedor fought a much weaker Lindland instead of the Couture match.

Bellator or whoever tried making that fight like 3x but Josh failed like 5 drugs test and destroyed the company.
