It's rather ironic that jobcentre staff are terrible at their jobs. Most of the people they deal with could probably do a better job of it.
Hopefully that's the last time I have to deal with them. I won't go through it all but I just had to call about 7 different numbers to try and reach my local centre. The 7th number I was given ended up being for Glasgow. I suppose I should be thankful they were only 300 miles or so out
I think that's all sorted out now though. The woman in Glasgow was able to sort things out in about 30 seconds, whereas everyone else took ages and still messed things up. Must be Laddie's good influence.
