is the rioting just in the bad parts of the city , clegg?

or has it affected the good parts as well?

Mostly seems to be in the ****ty parts of London like Brixton, Hackney etc. but some of the towns being ****ed up are just average, not known for high crime rates.

It's in the places where shops are, haven't heard of it in residential areas.

The place I posted a video of isn't the worse area nearby, but it is the area with the most shops. There is another shopping centre near me, next to an estate I wouldn't go to unless I had people with me, but from what I hear there hasn't been trouble there yet.
