Víctor Álvarez estuvo cerca de dos horas en calidad de retenido en las instalaciones de la Secretaría de Seguridad por encontrársele en posesión de cartuchos y cargadores calibre .45

TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO (09/FEB/2012).- Tras estar alrededor de dos horas en calidad de retenido en las instalaciones de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Jalisco, por la posesión de cargadores y cartuchos, Víctor Álvarez, hermano del boxeador Saúl “El Canelo” Álvarez, fue puesto en libertad, al no acreditársele ningún delito.

Familiares del púgil acudieron al edificio de la Secretaría con la documentación correspondiente para acreditar la legal posesión de los cartuchos y cargadores calibre .45.

En una columna de seguridad, conformada por elementos de la Policía de Tlaquepaque y de la corporación del Estado, se aseguraron los artículos al ahora liberado, al igual que un vehículo tipo Charger, en color negro, con placas del estado de Nayarit.

El aseguramiento se originó sobre la Carretera a Chapala, a su cruce con Periférico, debido a que el automotor les pareció sospechoso a las autoridades.
