Not necessarily. I would say independent but right of center. I don’t subscribe to any one party, and I’m not an all or nothing at all type. There are things I don’t agree with conservatives on, but I’m not sure how this Real ID is jeopardizing anyone’s freedom.

Establishing a set criteria across the nation makes sense. Flying is federal jurisdiction controlled by the FAA.

No, you have the option to keep/renew the old license or get the new one.

Hmm that's not what I was told. The new one is required and the states deadline has passed. All states must comply.
