          Depends on the person and how they feel. Some people are used to it. Some cant handle it.

          Elderly ppl
          Pregnant women
          Children
          People with sickness
          Ppl travelling long distances

          Are encouraged not to fast

                Try oats porridge. it fells you up and won't be as unhealthy. Flavour it with vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

                      Ive been going to the ISIS restaraunt of Ramadan muzzed out muzz ...they dont sell it there. Chef Bin Laden told me its not on da menu .
