You keep ''shooting'' down your own logic (if you want to call it that)

Wrong hands or right ones.....did the gun shoot ? Unless the ammo was cotton balls, bodily harm/property damage is assured.

Are you implying you didn't know the dangers of guns until this happened? Will you stand behind a lawsuit against Renault because one of their cargo trucks was used in the Nice terror attack that killed 80 something people and injured over 400? Clearly a much deadlier attack, Renault should shoulder the blame for not explaining what getting hit by a 19 ton vehicle will do, and what could happen if the truck got in the wrong hands.

Anyone should know coffee is hot.

Most don't inflict that kind of damage (unless they wait 5+ hrs to drink it).

            A cow is a cow - animal
            A gun is a gun - weapon
A car is a car - mode of transportation
            Sneakers are sneakers - footwear
A smartphone is a smartphone - communication device

If a human wants to change or misuse the above, only a lunatic can place blame on the thing/s that's been changed/misused.

Pretty sure what I posted had no mention of coffee. Did you not realize guns were dangerous in the wrong hands? Should Renault be held responsible as well?

Unfortunate when liberal courts can decide to cherry pick who can be sued and who cannot based upon political bias and agendas.

So is coffee, people still get sued because the company not making people aware of the dangers.

Last successful hot coffee suit when the injuries didn't resemble the McD's victim.

Remember, her coffee went through layers of clothing and still cause enough damage to require medical attention.

''Wrong'' hands would mean the hands are to blame. Even still, the guns functioned perfectly as intended.
