Democrats cant rush the vote for garland coz they dont own the house

Republican can rush coz they own the house

Yall need to win election to push more left leaning judges anyone not stupid knows this
    3 things, actually.

You left out there was a PRESIDENTIAL election coming up when Garland was nominated, but in this case it's a MIDTERM election upcoming.

Considering it's the President who nominates the judges, it's a huge difference.

Considering the media will have a video on how bad republicans grilled garland and so on

      U know the drill

But as usual ull continue to say this is the same as the D stalling Kavanaugh, yes its the same tactic but guess what

Its all about who had the controll of the house

U think if the D had the house republicans would have the voice to stop them?

      No
EG You recognize that there was a possibility Garland would pass the vote if he was given a proper opportunity to be vetted by the majority Republican Congress. That's the same thing the Republicans who railroaded his chances of getting a hearing or a vote concluded. And that's why they insisted on not doing those things.

You're ok with how they acted, not because their actions were justified, but because their actions prevented a supreme court justice nominee you didn't like from getting the job. At least have the decency to admit that.

It's not really a huge difference since either way it's an election that materially affects who would end up getting the job. In one case it affects who gets nominated, and in the other case it determines who votes on whether the nominee gets the job.

And in this case, the election is a LOT sooner.

If you're gonna read my posts and respond, at least have the balls to quote me.

I recognize garland wouldnt pass a vote but would make the republican look bad due to no fault found through answering series of questions with lies
Media would then use it as a tool to hit republican senators throughout history so im glad they didnt allow the hearing

If Your party owns the house why would u approve a liberal judge, and why would u let a hearing that will just make yall look bad?

Yeah no logic on ur post
