Perth Western Australia a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in a average suburb would cost at least $380-420k.

I'm in CA which needs $32.68 per hour for a two bedroom and $33.85 in my zip code, that's why I rent a one bedroom.

Nah. I was a kid too & I never really got up that way til I was an adult with a car. Well we'd go to the mall in Benton Harbor maybe once a month, but that was about it so wasn't even THAT familiar with these issues with these two towns though the racial makeup was always noticeable obviously and struck me as odd.
