Yeah there's no health or ethical reason pot is worse than those two things and should be illegal for that reason.

It seems purely political that it's illegal and that's a darn travesty to the people.

I'm all for weed being legal but it's not fair that in a state like Cali where medicinal and recreational marijuana use is legal, yet you can't get a job if you smoke.... might as well stay illegal, that makes no damn sense.
