Also, they haven't privatized all state owned enterprises, you made that up, I'm afraid. The state owned enterprises and the private ones all compete against one another.
The commie Chinese are out-competing the Americans at their own game. The cognitive dissonance this triggers among the fanboys of the global Western elite is palpable.
