The problem is the way people go about solving the dispute. I would hope people try to resolve those disputes in a meaningful and positive way.
Instead, we get stuff like this where the agenda is to attack liberals rather than discuss the situation and solve the issue.

How's that for a discussion?

The three students arrested at Gibson's pleaded guilty in August to attempted theft and aggravated trespassing and said in statements required by a plea agreement that their actions were wrong and that the store wasn't racist. So that point is addressed.
The other issue is how people feel when they go into the store.
students continue to boycott Gibson's over perceived racial profiling, causing business to suffer. Pressed by a reporter to provide evidence or examples of profiling, they said only that when black students enter the store, they feel as though they're being watched.
The students arrested didn't say this so your accusation of "playing the race card" is inconsistent with the facts of the article you posted.
Now there are people that are boycotting because they feel blacks are profiled. Why do you have an issue with this boycott?Last edited by The Big Dunn; 12-11-2017, 12:07 PM.

The students arrested didn't say this so your accusation of "playing the race card" is an outright lie.

The 18- and 19-year-old students said that they were racially profiled
And yeah, I have a problem with the boycott, because it was based on a lie.
