30 days of no drinking for me.

I was sooooo tempted to pick up a Sonoran dog at Don Churro's after work today. I was in traffic literally saying "left or right left or right" before will power kicked in and said NO!, drive straight home and bake that chicken you have defrosting in the fridge.

This 30 day challenge is mine!

My 30 days of not posting on boxingscene begins on Wednesday.

What is a 30 day challenge? A 30 day challenge is behavioral modification program where the participant commits to doing something, abstaining from something or a combination of the two. Some quick examples include:

Quit drinking or smoking, eating junk food, etc., etc. for 30 days

Or

Workout for, at least, 15 minutes a day for 30 days or meditate, practice speaking a foreign language, or anything that you would like to learn.


I've done a bunch of these challenges with varying success.
