I've dropped them all before but I don't last that long. I will say that creativity goes up and I definitely get more accomplished. Social media is the ultimate distraction and so convenient. You can talk to folks as much as you want or ignore them. There are always more people to talk to. Not like real life interaction at all, but it works most of the time. I've taken small breaks like a week or a month, but I end up coming back. It's just too much fun. Ha.
