for but it really doesnt matter.... no military contracts after a certain year cuz sila maria calderon pretty much cancelled them when she was the governor of puerto rico.

Nothing against the people of Puerto Rico, but do we really need a state where a third of the population is on welfare, the country is over $70 billion in debt and 45% of its population live in poverty? How does this benefit our nation as a whole?
