Yeah. It's call Stew Peas with pig tails and it's usually served with white rice but I prefer when it's done in soup form.

We brown stew our oxtails. I have never had it in soup form. I am sure it would be great though. I like stews and soups because all the flavours are boiled out and provides a rich flavour over all. The onions, scallions, garlics, thymes, scotch bonnet pepper, etc. all boil out into a rich stew or soup.
