Chemical weapons is the most deadly when released in the air.

They get spread over a wide area as a gas and it's small enough to enter your lungs thru your skin.

Massive casualties. Massive.

100 dead while it might sound horrific is small for a chemical attack of that nature.

Syria's sarin is more potent than saddam used on the kurds that killed thousands.

About 10-15 years ago, a Syrian arms depot storing chemical weapons had an accident. It blew up.

About 30 dead, maybe 100 wounded.

Now this was a military base.

Imagine if al nusra front was storing chemical weapons at a hospital or something and it gets bombed.

Yeah but they aren't a wealthy nation like Saddams Iraq was. The Syrians are known to use crude improvised bombs like barrel bombs. They were on the verge of defeat and running out of munitions until the Ruskies stepped in. I doubt they had as sophisticated weaponized cw's as Iraq. One part of your theory thats a real possibility imo is the Iraqi stockpiles buried by Saddams general's (now with isis) wouldn't be as effective today and if used wouldn't cause the damage they once could have.

Their chemical weapons was actually more advanced than saddams. At least back then, don't know about now.
