It's a staple in the Caribbean and in most po folks food cabinet.
The sodium content alone will cause health issues down the road.
Anybody with cook'n skills can make that canned corn beef into a magical meal.
Taste good is do'n it's fair share of kill'n doe.....

how do you guys prepare your corned beef? i fry it with garlic and eat it off sourdough bread with lots of mustard and pickles. nothing fancy but it hits the spot.
