Removing religion from a society that has been built upon a religion would cause utter chaos. A separation of Church and state is what is needed.

That's pretty much what Qaddafi wanted.

He wanted to unite the african union nations (i assume saharan african nations; i.e. morocco egypt etc etc) under a gold and silver currency. Effectively making fiat money obsolete.

The result? US and powers that be was like "oh fook no." and caused all types of hell up there and killed him off.
