Ok this is a young african child-soldier militia force, I have given them Glovkins address, and told them he shut down KFC, they didnt require proof, they just got real mad real fast and were last seen heading towards Glovkins house, I shudder to think what they will do to him, they sure love KFC

Slow punchers like glovkin can hit harder because they are transferring more weight, thats why they feel heavy handed, they are heavier shots.

A guy like Tim Bradley is a much faster puncher than GGG but he is only transferring a small fraction of his body weight, which is why they do no damage, and "feel light"

Speed is twice as important as weight in power but if you use so little weight, the extra speed isn't multiplying barely anything so it doesn't make up for the lack of weight transferred

Some guys hit heavy and fast and there are 2 versions of this type, but thats not for you to know.

You wont hear this from anyone else, because its solely from me, most people parrot information, few figure out new information, because that takes intelligence, rather than memory function.

What about faster punchers like julian jackson and nigel benn

Julian was slow from point A to B and he is touted almost unanimously as the hardest puncher p4p ever

Nigel was faster and hit extremely hard too.

Nigel turned G Man into a ******, (poor stud, he was awesome truly great) which is something Julian's punches didnt do, not suggesting he hit harder, but he was far harder hitting than Americans give him credit for

          Julian is faster than ggg

          What about jack dempsey?

          He was fast.

What about george foreman? He was slow...but massive puncher.

But Iron Mike was lightening fast.Massive puncher

          Tua...fast for a heavy.

Same with Prince Naseem. Very fast. Massive puncher.

Same with Alexis Arguello ..very fast.

Duran at lightweight was explosive and a viscious puncher.

Gerald Mccellan wasnt slow. Just a big puncher.

          Mattyhse...big puncher not slow.

          Maidana big puncher but slow.

Rock Marciano not slow. Huge puncher.

Joe Louis slow but huge puncher.

You need to look up isometric strength and plyometric power.

          Also equal and opposite reactions...physics.

What type of strength does malinaggi have?

Jack dempsey used to shovel coal into a wheel barrow and unload it all day long.
He would also wrestle...builds huge strength.

Joe Louis used to carry ice on his shoulders all day up flights of stairs before he became a boxer.

Rocky marciano used to chop trees/wood and carry then back to camp cross country. His trainer said it built his "internal muscles"

There are some bug clues for you there...

Also....Sam Langford said its all in the hips baby

Americans can never give euros credit ever

They say Jackson did the damage and a feather fisted guy could of done what Benn did

If a high profile American loses to a stiff euro he was either

            Shot
            Old
Another American softened him up first
Americans all knew he was a bum so it's not a good win (even if they hyped him before, they all "knew" he was a bum)

I already know why all of them punch the way they do, there are hard punchers that are fast slow and in between. You are trying to manipulate me into giving out information

You are no expert, you've clearly done alot of research online, listening to some guy on youtube tell you the secret to Bruce Lee's power is isometrics doesn't make you an expert. You R-tard!

Plyometrcis are bog standard every one almost is doing them, thats no cutting edge tip. Not even combined with isometrics or maximum strength or eccentric strength its all bog standard stuff in the athletic world

Equal and opposite reactions bog standard, stay rooted, minimize contact time

                I already have the answers.

                Its body mechanics
                Technique
Uses and including of as many forces

Utlising all leverages from the body..from tge heel up through the knee ....up all the way to the shoulder pop...even twist of the wrist..to tightening of the forearm.

                Genetics...fist size...bone structure.

Arm length. Velocity in respect to arm length.

                Isometric muscle contraction.

                Equal and opposite reactions.

                    Even diet and testosterone levels.

                    Try this simple exercise.

Push against at wall HARD...with one arm straight out infront of u. HARD. For about 30 secs to minute.

                    Now put on gloves.

                    Go punch a heavy back.

You will probably leave dents in it and your arm will be like an effing club.

                    Why though?
                    .....

                    ...

                    Work it out.

No its not just isometrics. Its a few otger factors.

                    I will give u a clue.

                    Pause it when mallinaggi punches.

Look at his feet and the way his body moves upon impact.

Now watch naseem or ggg or jack dempsey.

                    Or julian jackson.

                    Any one punch ko guy.

                    The answer is right there.

                    Look at the difference.

Biggest clue: your head weighs 1 stone but your leg weighs 3. If u get hit by your leg on ur head...ur getting ko'd

Ill have to try it, pretty sure it promotes relaxation and using the body weight, but will have to try it 1st you certainly are not an expert and shouldnt talk as if you are.

Im tooting my own horn too early too, but I am definitely your superior in this area of knowledge, willing to prove it with a video off
