Simple answer to the problem, is juLT pul the cops out of the hoods.

They ain't accomplishing **** there, I remember when the 2 cops got killed in nyc, and cops blamed politicians for it, so in protest, they basically refused to do their job, thinking crime would go nuts.

It didn't happen. Nothing changed.

What black neighborhood was Philando Castile killed in? Last time I checked the police killed him in an area that was 73 percent white.

I disagree. Not everyone in the hood is evil. There is a lot of people that actually want to make a difference and be good in life. It's just like the idiots in BLM that think all cops are evil. Especially the white ones.

Pull the cops out, criminals will be more open to rob the businesses in the hood. Those businesses will then move to more safer areas and then the hoodlums will seek areas outside of the hood.

You can still have some patrol cars, but the heavy stop and frisk type activities, harassing people for no reason type stuff, and having a cop car on every corner accomplish nothing.
