As far as I know, Russia is NOT my friend. I dont need the CIA to tell me that they are trying hard as hell to hack the US GOUV. So is China by the way. Just like the US does to them. I dont think Russia had any impact on the Americans voting for Trump, but hell yes there should be an investigation into Russian hacking.
