If Trump wants Ukraine to sort out corruption before releasing funds that's completely different.. then holding them till they investigate a political rival.

Why would you send billions in aid to a corrupt country who will most likely use it to enrich the people at the top? The call took place in July.. had no mention of aid and the Ukrainians didn't even ****ing know about the hold until later on in August..
