Gas prices are going down across the country. But in Nevada, they've been going up.

Nevada ranks third when it comes to gas prices in the country, according to AAA, which says the average price in the state is now $3.44 for a gallon of regular unleaded.

In Reno, it's even higher at $3.65, an increase of 37 cents in one month. A spokesman for the AAA says Nevada gets most of its gas from California, and some refineries there have been having issues. He says they should be resolved in a week or two.

California Democrats pay $800,000 in sex-misconduct cases

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The California Democratic Party has spent more than $800,000 in legal costs tied to three lawsuits alleging discrimination and sexual misconduct by its former chair, Eric Bauman.

The Los Angeles Times reports Saturday that the party has paid $430,000 in attorney fees and $378,348 in legal settlements in the three cases.

Bauman resigned as party chairman last year amid multiple allegations of excessive drinking and sexual harassment. He has denied the allegations.

The lawsuits alleged a culture of sexual misconduct that was "well-known and apparently tolerated" by top party officials.

Trump relied on Deutsche Bank for loans for years after other financial institutions balked at doing business with his company after a series of defaults and bankruptcies. Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen told Congress that Trump had provided the bank with false documents inflating his net worth in an attempt to get a loan in 2014. Two House committees subpoenaed Deutsche Bank after Cohen’s testimony for financial documents related to the president, his three eldest children and his company. Deutsche Bank indicated in April that it had the tax returns of at least some of those individuals, prompting media outlets to file a motion to unseal the names of those individuals.
