The job recipients are shipped from other countries.

They're seasonal workers who come here on a work visa.

Yea. Like the H1B visa's that Trump is trying to cut. Those are high skilled workers.

The visas Trump properties apply for are H2A and H2B visas. Mostly low skilled service workers.
