So you don't want your president preparing? That is actually a good quality of a president.

Being president isn't a job that you can always prepare for. There are often no warnings when real time situations arise, like September 11, 2001, or September 11, 2011, when Secretary of State Clinton allowed our ambassador and other Americans to die in Libya at the hands of terrorists. Id rather have a leader that can read the situation and react to it than one that needs a script and only gives sound bites.
