Alright he's not muzscum but we can still blame Islam. Just hear me out. India is over 14% Muzzed out, they are responsible for the majority of atrocious acts like this. The minority of muzzed ones could have influence on the few psychotic Hindu's, I mean you think people walk around with severed heads in Pune?
