It honestly boils down to the fact that white Americans don't really have any culture in the US. Whites from foreign countries DO have culture though. It's just the Caucasian Americans that don't. Unless you count Carl's Jr and Hot Dog eating contests and stuff of that nature.

Isn't your culture from Spain? hence the term Hispanic, which refers people from cultures with a historical link to Spain.





But it's true, they're uniquely American. You really have to be from one of the mother countries (England, Mexico, PR, Germany, Ireland) to understand.



Do you know your ancestry? If you had Nigerian parents for example, you'd probably rep Nigeria in the same way an Irish-American reps Ireland or a German-American reps Germany. It's all kind of silly imo, being seemingly being American is not enough. It should be, it's a great nation.

The only country I know for 100% is Greece on my fathers side. I'm very in touch with my Greek ancestry.

A lot of kids born to immigrant parents, but born in the US, will generally identify as their ancestral heritage before claiming they're American. Most ethnic kids will claim their families' heritage first. As in asking, "What nationality are you?" even though those kids are born in America the chances are since they're not white they will claim their ancestor's heritage first.

For example, my friend's cousins recently came from the Philippines saw our other friend, who is technically Nicaraguan but white skinned (he doesn't speak Spanish much or have much Nicaraguan culture in him), and asked my friend if our "white" friend was "100% American" because he had white skin.

Whites and Jews should never be in the same category. They have an entirely different culture than whites.
