Very good ending. Realistic, and everything explained and believable. As opposed to the ending of Lost and Sopranos.

It was nice to see Don being reborn.

In fact, it was a very Catholic finale for Don. He goes to confession with Peggy as his confessor, she forgives him, he does penance in the support group, forgives then is forgiven, and finally, is re-born as someone new.
