      I don't know if I can really blame the lady though...sounds to me like those people are just selling the shirts to profit off her son's death. At least give the family some of the proceeds or something if you're going to sell those shirts with his name on it.

      Just my 2 cents.

        Those people as in his mother in law?.

        Looks like they all just concerned with cashing in, sad.

                Yes because you can patent peoples' names now. Who knew?

                    Trayvon Martin's family attempted to trademark the phrase "I am Trayvon". I'm not sure if they were successful though.
