Wtf. You know prof that I live in a very safe location but I can't really have fun thinking about our countrymen suffering at this time.

I'm in a safe location as well but I cannot blame them bicolanos for taking this super typhoon lightly. These people have been battered by typhoons since time immemorial. They are used to it and a so called super typhoon won't cower them.
