The one caveat is there is a gray area of direct accountability, because no one has reported that he was personally involved in managing those firms.

Mother Jones? Really? What's next? An Alex Jones video?

          • a Republican President gets calls for impeachment over this. "What did he know, when did he know it, why didn't he do anything", etc.

                ?
Yes, I DID read it and it reveals why the issue is important -- Romney is claiming he wasn't actively running the company while the outsourcing ventures prospered. His tax-returns will show he was not only still on the board, but also, still making decisions. This is why he will not release those Tax-Returns, because it is incriminating evidence that he lied.

                • again, a Republican would be impeached for this Fast and Furious deal.

So you continue to perpetuate a lie without a single shred of evidence?

It was certainly odd for Obama to exert Executive Privilege over something he supposedly had nothing to do with.

                    Have you seen this yet?

You're correct, until Romney releases all his returns, there is no evidence the above comments are true. Its easy to call something a lie, when the documentation proving the contrary, remains hidden from public scrutiny. If I, like Romney, held incriminating evidence in the form of past tax-returns, I wouldn't release them either.
