There will always be a market for guns on the street, even moreso if guns are made harder to legally purchase. By outlawing guns, all you will be doing is effectively removing the ability for law abiding citizens to protect themselves. This is the reality of the situation.

I'm not being crass but this doesn't surprise me, and I'm kind of apathetic towards these kind of events.

America is pretty much a backwards nation. A poorly educated conservative population, combined with extremely lax gun laws is a recipe for disaster. The most laughable thing about this is that America thinks 'more' guns are going to stop things like this happening. Laughable.

Sikhs wear Turbans and have long beards. Most muslims do not wear turbans. Sikh is a monotheistic religion and is independant of Hinduism and Islam.
