Dark Knight Rises was ok

To me, the new Batman was terrible not because of ''expectations not being met'' or I ''didn't shut my brain off fully''. It was just a bad movie...imho.

Real Steel starring the Wolverine guy. 2/10. Just a god awful film about fighting robots. Basically a boxing version of transformers.

i've been watching a lot of old silent films at work, lol, and the two best i've seen are Body and Soul (1925) and Hypocrites (1915). Body and Soul is about a crooked pastor of a small baptist church who preaches by day and at night he's out pimpin' ho's and drinking. Hypocrites is one the greatest art films i've ever seen, it's about organized religion and hypocrisy. If you want to watch either one, i think they're on youtube:

not a movie but a series, severance, fucking loved it's first season. is on apple tv. is directed by ben stiller and stars adam scott, patricia arquette, john turturro and christopher walker. sci fi thriller with dark humor. give it a try if you haven't seen it.

The Batman had a pretty normal story. 80 mins would have been fine.
