The thing is, just because you got your arm chopped off, doesn't mean you have to put down some one who only got his finger chopped off.
You just can't put people down because you got it worse than them. Things don't work that way. So people have to stay shut about their problems, because there's always some one out there that got it worse? So let's not complain about anything then, let's just keep all of our problems inside and not talk about them with any one. Since some one out there has it worse, lived a worse life.
So because a poor kid has only a pair of sandals for his feet, it's okay he is grateful about that, because there are other kids with nothing at all for their feet! and that kid who has nothing for his feet, is grateful to at least have a shirt and pants, because he realizes there poor kids who are naked, have no clothes at all! And the naked kids are grateful to be naked, because they are at least alive! Let's live in a care-free world, where every one is grateful about all of the problems they're going through.
